• Serious Bidders Only!!! Please remember that you are entering into a legally binding contract to buy the item when you click “Confirm Bid”. We require all bidders with zero or negative feedback to confirm their intentions by email at least 24 hours before the auction closes; otherwise we will cancel the bid.
• We are professional IT solutions providers; and we promise to do our best to deliver to you a product that is not only free from manufacturing defects, but gives you the best value for your money.
• Please be aware that the successful use of these items may depend on proper installation; you may require professional assistance onsite; regretfully, we are unable to provide this.
• Note that the onus of responsibility for the successful installation of your purchase rests entirely with you. • Successful delivery of items is entirely the responsibility of the carrier. Please follow up diligently with their local offices, and be sure to inform us of any mishap or untoward incidents.

• PaisaPay: Online bank transfer or Credit Card. Payments through Paisapay may require verification by fax. Although this is one hundred percent safe and secure it does place a significant delay on processing the first time this facility is used.
• Internet Banking: This is the fastest approach. Funds may be transferred electronically to our ICICI bank account. Please inform us by email or sms immediately for fast processing.
• Cash Deposit: Cash may be deposited in our account at any branch of ICICI Bank countrywide. Please inform us by email or sms immediately for fast processing.
• Cheque Deposit: Cheques may be deposited in our account at any branch, Drop Box or ATM of ICICI Bank countrywide. Please inform us by email or sms immediately. Note that this will involve a few days for clearing, and we can only ship thereafter. Do not deposit cash in a Drop Box or ATM!!!
• Bank Demand Draft/ Pay Order: Payment may be made by way of Demand Draft or Pay Order in our favour payable in Mumbai. We will ship as soon as soon as we receive and verify the DD/ PO. Please make sure to attach a note mentioning the eBay Transaction ID along with the DD/ PO.
• Buyer Picks Up and Pays: Payment may be made in cash only at our shop in Mumbai. Delivery of your item will be effected immediately over the counter, and the Shipping Charges will be waived. If you prefer to pay the Shipping Charges and have the item shipped to your doorstep, this is acceptable as well. Please remember to carry a print out of the confirmation email we send to you.
• COD (Cash on Delivery): We are not at this time accepting this method of payment.
  

• We are required to collect ST/ VAT from our customers: 4% VAT within the State of Maharashtra, and 4% CST elsewhere in India. We will issue invoices including this as appropriate.
• Octroi/ City Tax/ Entry Tax and other local taxes as applicable are not included, and will have to be borne by the Buyer on delivery. Similarly, we are not responsible for “Road Permit” and other such statutory issues that may be applicable at the Buyer’s end.
  

• Shipping Charges include shipping, handling packing, etc.
• Orders are generally processed with in 3 working days after full payment and receipt of required details.
• Shipping details/ Tracking No. will be provided on the date of shipping.
• Items will be shipped using DTDC/ Pafex/ Gati or similar courier company at our discretion. In the event that these services are not available in your area, delivery will be effected using Indian SpeedPost or Registered Post.
• Our responsibility ends upon handing over the consignment to the carrier. We will not be liable for mis-delivery/ non-delivery/ damage/ loss of items in the hands of the carrier.
• Delivery should be expected within 7 days after payment is confirmed by us. In the event of delay beyond this, please notify us so that we can file a complaint with the carrier.
• Please be aware that items paid for using PaisaPay can only be delivered to the Confirmed Address on record with eBay. Shipping address must be the same as billing address.
  

• The nature of Warranty carried by the item is specified in the Item Listing. Please make sure you have noted this!!!
• Warranty support may be one of four kinds:
  • Manufacturer/ Authorized Service Provider: The item is supported for the specified period by the manufacturer or their Authorized Service Centres countrywide.
  • Plug N Play Technologies: We will provide all service support for the specified period. The Buyer will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • DOA: We will replace or repair at our discretion any item that is found Dead On Arrival provided it is returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you. Note that such items do not carry any formal Warranty either from the Manufacturer or from us; this is merely our way of ensuring that only items functional as claimed are shipped. The Buyer will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • No Warranty: You are on your own here… These are items that are being sold strictly on an “As Is Where Is” basis, with no warranties of any kind in force, either express or implied. Please bid for such items only if you are completely comfortable with their nature and condition.
• Warranty is automatically void on physically damaged or burnt items!
• Items being returned for any reason must reach us within 14 days of delivery to you. Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped by us; i.e boxes, cartons, wrappers, packing material, owner's manuals and other documentation, accessories etc. must be in pristine condition. We are not expecting unopened boxes; opened boxes are fine, as long as nothing is missing or marred in any way. Items returned incomplete, damaged, defaced, mutilated and/ or in otherwise unacceptable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the buyer without exchange at our discretion.
• Do not ship anything back to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization number from us.
